Power of Attorney and Mental Health

A Power of Attorney is a legal document that is made on behalf of someone (who is absent) and is done to reward claims  using a Power of Attorney.  Power of Attorney is made to make decisions -financial and business on behalf of someone. So for example- Catherine is a daughter of John and Susan. She does not get to meet the Financial Services Agent-and there are sometimes claims are issued on her name, on her behalf without she being paid the principal amount.  The attorney is called the agent and the person appointing called principal. Sometimes Principal and Agent are blind to Catherine (the daughter) and they issue legal documents in her name. If a claim is issued Catherine's mother -the principal gains the money from her agent. The girl Catherine never earns that claim-unless her mother chooses to share that.

Women Emergency Fund is critical so that women earn disposable income of 5000$-7000$ per month to ensure that they invest in business ideas that offer the return. A girl Catherine's mother should not share funds-there must be more accountability between the mother and daughter so that they can distribute wealth fairly.

Top 10 High Risk Problems with legal document(s) such as Power of Attorney under Canadian Common Law

1. Agent could act in ways that principal has not allowed him or given the permission
2. Agent could act hand-in-glove with the principal without making the person documented (daughter) privy to information
3.Agent and Principal not allow the women on whose account the money is issued be the beneficiary of the money. They offer strategies that allow them to be blind to the daughter.
4. Having a name in the document is great if the timeline is in control for the women-Catherine -and her father mother-wherein they share the details together
5. Normally legal documents could  be negated if the family does not have real power and they are vulnerable or ready to cut ties with Catherine.
6. Power of Attorney is given to someone who has great mental health so normally the folks who are close to Catherine in relationships must have the Power of Attorney. If It's given to a woman's agent who has no real relationship with power of attorney that is useless. https://www.theguardian.com/money/blog/2011/sep/10/power-of-attorney
7.  You'd have noticed many women who are not browsing any screens, or are only available over phones but not available on a LinkedIn Video. Normally women with dementia or alzheimers are not able to get that power as they are not able to play, pause or fast forward a message or discern media. They are told to not watch a screen or operate a remote or also not use a television and see other people. These women who are blinded at a young age still feel like a group identity, they wear a mask but they need to break from that group picture to be trackable by their agent(s) and their mothers.
8. As my video shares -mental health is physical health. Mental Health and Physical health for the Agent, Principal (Family) and the Applicant is important. If Mental Health and Physical Health is compromised the losses are unimaginable.
9. Power of Attorney would never be given to a pseudonym - or someone who is living in a fictional charachter.  A [pseudonym] and their mother-will not be made part of the program. So they would not be authenticated-and they could have all their belongings that could be turned away.

If your private school college or company has made you a pseudonym a fictional charachter-you might be in for surpise. Guess what you will lose your power of attorney for being a pseudonym

10. Power of Attorney cannot be shared with agents that have no real connection with the end customers-there can be an embezzlement trap that normally vulnerable women go through. The agent gives a job to Catherine-but he will pass off the actual contract to the mother of Catherine. SOmetimes agreements are drafted not for "Catherine" but for her "mother" by the agent-distancing her from actually pocketing the "Returns".

Stay away from the gems and jewellery trader, or someone who's been used for embezzlement or running their VIP quick schemes. Also it can never be transferred to wilful intent professionals. You don't need any IVY LEAGUE business degree to know this that many interviewers (on FaceTime) are not authentic or real. They insist to screen over video calls for a location, plan that could be unreliable. They contribute to Social Media Scams. Here's what as Social Media Scams infiltrate the world. @Kari1301  remembers receiving a call -for an interview where they called her for a quick meeting at a Star broadcasting corp in a location she barely knew. She took 48 hours to travel there-and it turned out to be a meeting that was for less than an hour. She felt her phone calls were hacked for fake links, fake phishing requests in names of job business. The first step is to screen phone calls- not allow any social media scams infiltrate-think of your family-and take Power of Attorney concept seriously.

About Channels Brief Consulting:  We make sure women health is not an emergency topic. A woman is not her mother. You did notice how Catherine enabled better funding for her mother without pocketing any disposable income for herself.  Legal Documents need to be structured to maximize privacy. Women Emergency Fund, and Privacy-our topic  allows you to eliminate  bad agent(s) to gain access to your home screen. We make sure you understand POA is a document that allows an Agent and the mother of a woman to inherit wealth without the woman meeting the Agent or the mother. That exposes the woman discussed to a higher level of risk. A woman is not her mother. A woman is not a lady's group. She is an individual. Normally legal documents must consider individual privacy considerations-and that of immediate family. For more sophisticated consultation we'd ask you to reach out to Channels-Brief.
