That's me. I am not that fat and I am not that slim. My biometrics is important to me as I live with a partially disabled screen reader. It's rather upsetting to see a woman of any ethnic identity become disproportionately abused or obese because they are addicted to toxic food.

When I was in my teens I was really slim and quite smart. I would walk long distance-and was able to work with folks by being passionate, energetic and enigmatic. In the "Sufi" drama that I was hired into-I lost my sense of trust and spirit. Lost a lot of faith in folks. Lost a lot of trust. Lost a lot of good energy.

I was told by Canadians that am young and by some stupid retailers in Toronto that I am old and honestly am not that old. I have often wondered why women in their 20s gain lots of weight.

2. Eating low quality Food

3. Lack of Sleep 

4. Depression- Mental Fear and Overeating 

5. Diseases and Illness- Ovarian Cyst enables gain in weight . Also sometimes gain in weight happens due to eating wrong medicines

6. Birth Control - Birth Control Pills lead to weight gain 

7. Gastro Intestinal Health -If it's not great women gain weight 

8. Ovarian and Breast Cancer- Women gain weight sometimes because of Ovarian or Breast Cancer

9. 54% of women aged 34-54 were called obese because they didn't love themselves enough to lose weight.

10. Corruption in Food Marketing and Sugar Marketing- Many endocrinologists are corrupt and they push surreptitious ways of food in large sizes --to enable women to embrace food that can be toxic

Your waistline is like a website link. If You Keep Feeding Your Body Toxic Food it will produce toxicity in no small ways. So beware and never make your website toxic or your waistline toxic. Keep away from Toxic Food and make sure your waist line is in check. Make sure that your health is in check.
